Anzilotti, Dionisio, Völkerrechtler, ✶Pescia 20. Febr. 1869. Er war zuerst Anwalt in Florenz und Dozent am dortigen Istituto di scienze sociali, wurde 1902 in Palermo, 1904 in Bologna, 1911 in Rom Prof. für Völkerrecht. Seit 1922 ist er Richter des Ständigen Internationalen Gerichtshofs im Haag, dessen Präsident er 1928—30 war. Hauptwerke: »Teoria delle responsabilità dello stato nelle diritto internazionale« (1902), »Corso di diritto internazionale« (3. Aufl. 1927; ins Deutsche übersetzt als »Lehrbuch des Völkerrechts« von C. Bruns und K. Schmid, 1929).
